Explanation of small portion: Chicken Noodles Soup had so much noodles with tiny portion of chicken. Chicken Lo Mein was overwhelmed with noodles and had tiny portion of chicken and I paid for added large shrimp. I had only 4 small size pieces of shrimp. Sesame Chicken: The sauce was put right on the chicken and was alway put on the side, the breading was so thick, hardly tasted the chicken. I called immediately and explained the whole problem. She agreed to give me 50 percent off to my credit card, however no refund. We have gone to this restaurant for over a year. Wonderful food and presentation, however this delivery was awful. Very surprised that we received this portion problem, but she argued that that day was a chinese holiday and extremely busy. I wanted full refund, but did not want to argue. Where is our agreed refund:

This wasn’t your traditional orange chicken! It wasn’t breaded and deep fried, it was amazing and had the most dynamic orange flavor that I’ve ever had!

Loved the app, very easy to use, except it asked if I wanted a text when my food was ready and I never got one so food was cold by the time I finally called the restaurant. Now I know, and will use it again!!!

The staff is super friendly! First online order. Observation: check the notes. We asked for no packaged noodles, soy sauce & limited sauces so as not to be wasteful but they were packed anyway.

Service was great. You need to put Vegetable Fried Rice on your menu to order online. You have all kinds of Fried Rice to order online, but no Vegetable Fried Rice.

I ordered a pupu platter and general tso's. I didn't care for the egg rolls. The cabbage was still raw inside. Everything else was good.

Food was good but packaging of the food could have been better the sauce from the orange chicken was all over even leaked on the car seat.The other food was in a Chinese box but they couldn't close the top so they put a staple on the two lids.

This is some of the best Chinese food we have eaten! We live in Norther VA and we LOVE coming down to the NNK and eating at Great Fortune. Very good quality food and family friendly service.
